Considerado como el mayor referente en educaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<strong>Regi\u00f3n IEEE 8<\/strong>\u00a0(Europa, Oriente Pr\u00f3ximo y \u00c1frica del Norte). Ofrece la oportunidad de presentar sus trabajos, publicar resultados, intercambiar ideas y establecer contactos para futuras colaboraciones cient\u00edficas e industriales.
