Abstract<\/h2>\n

After a brief informal introduction to standards in general, how the vast majority understand them and how we should really understand, create, analyze and use them.\u00a0<\/span>The three great challenges in which a large part of the work team of the Department of Electrical, Electronic, Control, Telematics and Applied Chemistry Engineering (IEECTQAI) work will be presented in detail. It is made up of staff from the Higher Engineering Schools of UNED (Computer and Industrial). <\/span>The first challenge, the analysis and in-depth study of the recently published IEEE Standard 1876-19. With regard to this objective, the keys to its understanding will be presented in a simple way, as well as the layers of standardization on which its architecture of variables and quality factors is based. Secondly, the challenge of developing a Case Study through a constructive experimental Audit process applied to the remote online Laboratory of analog electronics (VISIR) located in the IEECTQAI Department of Industrials. Lastly, and taking into account the results and conclusions of the previous milestones, the challenge of developing a Standard Application Guide with its respective Audit and Evaluation tools.<\/p>\n

Bio<\/h2>\n

Antonio Galisteo has a degree in Psychology (UAM) with third cycle studies in Information and Communication Technologies for learning. Specialized in digital society and education, educational engineering, e-learning standards and quality of digital education. His professional career begins in 1995 to the present, offering his services in different centers and institutes of innovation and research in educational technologies and digital learning. During his career within the UAM, he has participated as a pedagogical advisor for the Institute of Knowledge Engineering (IIC) and was Coordinator of the Information and Communication Systems for Learning Area of \u200b\u200bthe Learning and Instruction Center (CAi). Subsequently, he has served for fourteen years as an expert advisor on digital education and e-learnig standards at the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF) of the Ministry of Education and Professional Training. Currently, he works for UNED in collaboration with the Higher Technical Schools of Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineers as an Advisor on Educational Technologies, e-learning Standards and Digital Education Quality. Since 2006 he is a Member of the Subcommittee 36 (ICT for learning and education) of UNE-AENOR, where he has participated and participates, along with other experts in the area, in the review, preparation and coordination of various reports, norms and standards in this area of \u200b\u200bknowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n
