La Universidad Carlos III de Madrid ha sido este a\u00f1o la entidad organizadora del evento, siendo el profesor Carlos Delgado Kloos, coordinador de la red eMadrid, el &#8220;Local Organization Chair\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A lo largo de estos diez a\u00f1os EC-TEL se ha convertido en el mayor encuentro interdisciplinar de la comunidad de investigadores del campo de las tecnolog\u00edas educativas, tanto a nivel europeo como mundial. El tema de EC-TEL 2015 ha sido<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u201cDise\u00f1o para la ense\u00f1anza y el aprendizaje en un mundo conectado en red\u201d<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>y se ha tratado de una edici\u00f3n tremendamente competitiva, dado el n\u00famero de comunicaciones enviadas. As\u00ed, la tasa de aceptaci\u00f3n de full papers ha sido del 21%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>red eMadrid<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>ha sido uno de los colaboradores de la conferencia, y ha habido una presencia muy importante de socios del proyecto en la misma.
