The eMadrid network will be very present at the\u00a0<\/span>WEEF \/ GEDC 2021<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>congress (World Engineering Education Forum \/ Global Engineering Deans Council), organized by project members\u00a0<\/span>Edmundo Tovar<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>(UPM) and\u00a0<\/span>Manuel Castro<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>(UNED), together with Hans J. Hoyer and in collaboration with the\u00a0<\/span>International Federation of Engineering Education Societies<\/strong><\/b>, the\u00a0<\/span>IEEE Education Society<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>and the\u00a0<\/span>Madrid Convention Bureau<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n The event, which will take place between\u00a0<\/span>November 15 and 18<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>in a\u00a0<\/span>hybrid format<\/strong><\/b>, will also be attended by the eMadrid coordinator,\u00a0<\/span>Carlos Delgado Kloos<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>(UC3M), who will act as\u00a0<\/span>Program Co-Chair<\/strong><\/b>, co-chairing the Congress Program Committee . It sets, for example, goals and targets for quality sustainable education (SDG 4).\u00a0<\/span>WEEF \/ GEDC<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>covers very diverse aspects of higher education and, in particular, engineering education, the creation of a sustainable development of technical and soft skills, inclusive and effective education in terms of learning outcomes, related to the professional market and entrepreneurship.
