The city was chosen to host the 2020 edition. However, due to the pandemic, the conference was eventually transformed into an online event. The theme chosen as the central axis is “The Fourth Industrial Revolution: from the pandemic to the remote world”.<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0<\/span>eMadrid network<\/strong>\u00a0 will once again be part of this international event regarding technical issues and congress management.\u00a0<\/span>Manuel Castro<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(full professor at the UNED and IEEE Fellow) serves as\u00a0<\/span>Chair of the Steering Committee<\/strong>, in which\u00a0<\/span>Carlos Delgado Kloos<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(coordinator of the eMadrid project and full professor at UC3M) also participates. Both are part of the\u00a0<\/span>Program Committee<\/strong>, along with other members of the eMadrid network, such as\u00a0<\/span>Pedro J. Mu\u00f1oz Merino<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(UC3M),\u00a0<\/span>Carlos Alario Hoyos<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(UC3M),\u00a0<\/span>Sergio Mart\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(UNED) and\u00a0<\/span>Edmundo Tovar<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(UPM).<\/p>\n LWMOOCS<\/strong>\u00a0is an internationally recognized forum to collaborate, share, learn and showcase the latest developments in\u00a0MOOCS<\/strong>, online courses aimed at an unlimited number of participants.
