EC-TEL is one of the most important conferences worldwide on information and communication technologies applied to education. The theme of this year&#8217;s edition is &#8216;Adaptive and Adaptable Learning&#8217;. The conference will explore how research in collaborative and personalized learning can be combined with new developments in analytics, interaction design, mobile and ubiquitous technologies, and visualization techniques, to enhance learning for everyone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>The Call for Papers is openned at present.
