Abstract<\/h2>\n

The computational thinking and programming are skills required for any engineering field in order to solve many kinds of problems. In this sense, the teaching of programming is a relevant pedagogical activity for teachers and students from both Computer Science (CS) education and non CS majors. In consequence, in this conference a new approach based on \u201ccollaborative scenarios\u201d to enhance teaching\u2013learning programming in non-Computer Science oriented curricula is proposed. The collaborative learning scenarios were supported by a platform called TASystem. Besides, an experience carried out with students from Topographic Engineering Department at the Universidad del Valle (Colombia) is showed. In this experience the students\u2019 social interaction was analyzed with Social Network Analysis and Content Analysis techniques. Additionally, the students\u2019 performance was analyzed. Bio<\/h2>\n

Leovy Echeverr\u00eda is a Systems Engineer at the Universidad Industrial de Santander-Bucaramanga, Information Systems Management Specialist at Universidad del Norte-Barranquilla (Colombia). She graduated from the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica Superior de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (UAM) – Spain as a Magister in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, and is currently a PhD student in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications at the UAM. She is a full professor of the Faculty of Computer Engineering of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana-Monter\u00eda since 2000. She belongs to the research group ITEM-IT and Emerging Technologies of the UPB. Since 2009 she has been working as a researcher in the GHIA-Advanced Interactive Tools Group of the UAM-Spain.
