Esta promesa motiv\u00f3 el surgimiento del campo de la anal\u00edtica de aprendizaje y empuj\u00f3 el sector de la educaci\u00f3n hacia una mayor aplicaci\u00f3n de datos para la toma de decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas. Esta charla abordar\u00e1 una cuesti\u00f3n planteada com\u00fanmente por los muchos que se embarcaron en la anal\u00edtica de aprendizaje &#8211; \u00bfC\u00f3mo empezamos la adopci\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis sist\u00e9mico de aprendizaje? La charla definir\u00e1 en primer lugar la anal\u00edtica de aprendizaje y mencionar\u00e1 las lecciones aprendidas de algunos casos de estudio conocidos. A continuaci\u00f3n, se revisar\u00e1 el estado actual de la adopci\u00f3n institucional de la anal\u00edtica de aprendizaje examinando las pruebas presentadas en varios estudios realizados en todo el mundo. Despu\u00e9s se esbozar\u00e1n las direcciones para la adopci\u00f3n de la anal\u00edtica del aprendizaje, que deber\u00eda permitir una transformaci\u00f3n institucional de todo el sistema. La charla concluir\u00e1 con un resumen de los retos fundamentales necesarios para que la anal\u00edtica del aprendizaje sea un impacto a largo plazo en la investigaci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1ctica de la ense\u00f1anza y el aprendizaje. La charla har\u00e1 hincapi\u00e9 en que el an\u00e1lisis de aprendizaje no puede reducirse a una ret\u00f3rica simplista de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas r\u00e1pidas. Es el actual presidente y co-fundador de la Society for Learning Analytics Research (SoLAR) y tiene varios nombramientos honorarios adjuntos en Australia, Canad\u00e1 y EE.UU. Cient\u00edfico de la computaci\u00f3n mediante la formaci\u00f3n y habilidades, Dragan se considera un analista del aprendizaje que desarrolla m\u00e9todos computacionales que pueden dar forma a las tecnolog\u00edas de aprendizaje de pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n y avanzar en nuestra comprensi\u00f3n del aprendizaje autorregulado y social.\u00a0Financiado por la concesi\u00f3n de las agencias y la industria en Canad\u00e1, Australia, Europa y EE.UU., Dragan es un receptor de varios premios al mejor paper en las grandes conferencias internacionales en tecnolog\u00eda de aprendizaje y software. Comprometido con el desarrollo de la comunidad internacional de investigadores, Dragan tuvo un placer servir como\u00a0<\/span><span>co-presidente\u00a0<\/span><span>de fundaci\u00f3n de la Conferencia Internacional sobre Learning Analytics &amp; Knowledge (LAK) en 2011 y 2012 y el Instituto de Verano de Learning Analytics en 2013 y 2014, y presidente general de LAK&#8217;16.
