Abstract<\/h2>\n

The ‘Clase Inversa’ project is based on giving lectures under a model that integrates the methodologies of ‘Flipped Classroom’ and ‘blended learning’ with the most advanced technologies for production of educational content.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>It lies in the use of new multimedia educational content created by teachers.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>‘Clase Inversa’<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>buries the traditional lecture model.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Teachers create high-quality videos of each topic with UPV own technology, videos that the student\u00a0<\/span>displays and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>studies at home.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Class time is intended to deepen these audiovisual content, discuss them, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>through collaborative learning methods.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>At\u00a0<\/span>‘Clase Inversa’<\/span><\/span>, homework is carried into the classroom and not vice versa.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>In this form of teaching, learners study at home the theoretical contents with the help of materials prepared by the teacher, both videos, such as readings, websites, polimedias, screencast, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and then in class, along with their classmates and the teacher, they apply such content. T<\/span>eachers can make a more detailed student tracking;\u00a0<\/span><\/span>classes are much more practical;\u00a0<\/span><\/span>there is a total interaction with the student, resulting ultimately in students’ performance and allowing each student to learn at their own pace.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bio<\/h2>\n

Vicent Botti is Full Professor of the Department of Languages and Systems at the Technical University of Valencia (UPV) where he is a professor of computer science since 1984, he is director of the Research Group Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence (GTI-IA) and Microcluster social and Economic Computing Campus of International Excellence VLC Campus’, and Vice President for Information Technology and Communications at the UPV. His research is conducted for 30 years in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Multi-Agent Systems.<\/span><\/p>\n
