Resumen de la ponencia<\/h2>\n

Antes, las expectativas eran de una carrera para una vida. Hoy, la reinvenci\u00f3n es la norma. \u00bfC\u00f3mo documentar conocimiento, certificados, habilidades y actitudes aprendidas en varias posiciones, e incluso varias carreras? Hasta hace poco, los est\u00e1ndares digitales abiertos se consideraban la vanguardia. Ahora son una necesidad para la comunicaci\u00f3n detallada y comprobada de capacitaci\u00f3n y experiencias profesionales. En la ponencia se explicar\u00e1n los est\u00e1ndares digitales del Consorcio Educativo Global IMS (IMS Global) y el papel que juegan en la formaci\u00f3n permanente.<\/p>\n

Biograf\u00eda<\/h2>\n

Beatriz Arnillas fue a los Estados Unidos a estudiar una Maestr\u00eda en Bellas Artes pensando volver al Per\u00fa. Unos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, Beatriz acept\u00f3 una posici\u00f3n como profesora universitaria en Pittsburgh. Diez a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, Beatriz dej\u00f3 su carrera universitaria para trabajar en el sector privado, y una vez m\u00e1s, hizo un cambio para implementar tecnolog\u00eda educativa en las escuelas p\u00fablicas de Houston. A ra\u00edz de \u00e9ste \u00faltimo rol, Beatriz obtuvo reconocimiento internacional como l\u00edder de programas innovadores. Adem\u00e1s de profesora, Beatriz ha sido dise\u00f1adora y maestra de cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n h\u00edbridos y a la distancia. Recientemente, Beatriz trabaj\u00f3 como consultora para itslearning, una compa\u00f1\u00eda del grupo Sanoma, y para Amazon Web Services (Global Corp.) Hoy Beatriz es directora de innovaci\u00f3n curricular en IMS Global.<\/p>\n
