Abstract<\/h2>\n

We are living in a unique and transformational moment of the history of work. Jobs are changing, even if you’re not changing jobs. And it is happening at an increasing rate, accelerated by the pandemic. Upkeeping your skills is becoming key to stay relevant in the labor market. Recent\u00a0LinkedIn data<\/strong><\/a><\/span> shows the skill sets for jobs have changed by around 25% since 2015.\u00a0By 2027, this number is expected to double. Currently the 40% of hirers use skills data when hiring on LinkedIn, up 20% compared to a year prior. And our data suggests the skills required to do your job don\u2019t stay constant. They\u2019re changing, and this change is only accelerating.<\/p>\n

\u00a0During the event we will discuss how long-life learning is a foundational enabler to success in this this fast changing talent ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Mar\u00eda Eugenia Renaldi is a passionate tech professional who has developed an extensive experience over 25 years in Technological Corporations \u2013 IBM, AT&T, BT, Orange y Cisco among others – across different technologies and geographies. She is focused on driving innovation among clients, while securing new technology adoption and successfully impact customer\u00b4s business goals. She holds an Electronic Engineering degree (Universidad Nacional de la Plata, Argentina) and a Post Graduate from Ul CEMA, Argentina. She has also participated of several programs and courses at IAE, Escuela de Negocios, Argentina, as well as technical trainings for specific positions. She is currently the Account Director for Iberia and Italy with LinkedIn in the Hi Education area.<\/p>\n
