This program of the UNESCO Chair “Scalable Digital Education for All” has the mission of creating and maintaining a network of good practices to promote a culture of MOOCs in Spanish-speaking communities around the world.

 Telspain is an initiative of the working groups of TEL of the Spanish technological platforms: Ines, Evia, Enem. We are more than a hundred companies and educational and research institutions committed to reforming the world of education and training to create learning experiences.

IEEE is a worldwide technical-professional association dedicated to standardization, among other things. It is the largest non-profit international association of new technology professionals, such as electrical engineers, electronics engineers, systems engineers and telecommunication engineers.

Online Educa Berlin (OEB) is an annual conference on education and training based on new technologies. Since it was first celebrated in 1995, the event has continued to show positive results increasingly.

It is considered one of the most important international conferences of the sector. In 2007 more than 2,000 participants from more than 90 countries attended the conference.

It brings together delegates of the highest level in decision-making within the education, business and public sector sectors, making OEB the most important exchange network for experts, professionals and new users of e-learning and the long distance education in general.
