Abstract

Self-regulation of learning today is considered one of the key personal and professional competencies of the 21st century. The concept of self-regulation is gaining more and more importance, since research suggests that students who actively participate in their learning process by reflecting, monitoring and regulating their process are able to achieve the proposed objectives and improve the quality of learning. In this talk, through research carried out in online and hybrid contexts, we will help teachers understand the characteristics of self-regulated students, such as their behavior and how to support self-regulation strategies through technology tools, presenting the case of self-regulation.
