Abstract
The advancement of technology, new educational models and the need to promote the training of people in the new digital economy, promoting employability and entrepreneurship, bring together companies, universities and institutions to develop digital entrepreneurship communities in Ibero-America, developing projects such as unX or the Mobile Entrepreneurship Community, offering an open collaboration and learning environment.
Bios
Raquel Fernández is Deputy Director of Project Coordination and Interactive Communication at the CSEV Foundation (Higher Center for Virtual Teaching). She is a Computer Engineer from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICAI) and has a Master of Business Administration and Management (MBA) from the EOI Business School, with a double degree in “International Business” from the Reims Management School, France. Among other projects, she is responsible for the coordination of MOOCs and online learning communities such as unX and the Mobile Entrepreneurship Community.
Marta Cáceres Piñuel is currently Director of Project Design and Development at the CSEV Foundation (Higher Center for Virtual Teaching, Madrid). Previously, she worked as an Attaché at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) within the Directorate for Public Governance and Territorial Development (Paris), and at the National Telecommunications and Information Society Observatory (ONTSI) within the Public Business Entity Red.es (Madrid). Additionally, she has worked as a university professor within the Sociology degree at the UNED (Associate center of Soria), the University of Valladolid and the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
