Rob Cohen was 2U’s founding CFO. Since early 2012, Rob has served as 2U’s COO, taking responsibility for closing new program acquisitions and managing Technology, Content, Post Enrollment Services, and Legal/Compliance. Prior to 2U, from 1985-2001, Cohen spent most of his professional career at The Princeton Review, where he was co-owner. Cohen attended Princeton University.
