Open Education Week 2014

eMadrid members participate also this year in the Open Education Week to be held from March 10 to 15, 2014.

On one hand, the monthly eMadrid seminar will be organized during this week, main topic of which is collaborative learning. The two presentations at the Rey Juan Carlos University show free software solutions in this field. On the other hand, an event organized in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair on “Scalable Digital Education for All” at UC3M will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014. Several UNESCO Chairs and UNESCO officers will participate in the event, where the different meanings of the word “open” in the context of Open Educational Resources and the Massive Online Open Courses will be discussed.
