Abstract
The presentation will present the Reference Framework of Teaching Digital Competence oriented to the construction of the teacher’s PLE (Personal Learning Environment), as part of their professional development, and to the work of support and accompaniment in the construction of their own professional learning environments.

Head of the Department of Online Training and Educational Digital Competence of the INTEF (National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training) of the Ministry of Education and Professional Training. National Education Award. Educared International Prize for Educational Innovation. Author of the book «Development of digital competence» (Ed. Anaya). She is co-author of the books: “Educational improvements in Spain” (Ed. Anaya) and “Educational innovation: beyond fiction” (Ed. Pirámide). Author of various educational materials on technology and educational robotics. She is a contributor and columnist in various educational magazines.
