Abstract

Crises, especially the COVID-19 pandemic that we are facing, have a profound impact on traditional face-to-face classes. Such unexpected disruptions have brought a pressing concern to teachers: how can we sustain education activities during the untoward situation? This issue has been ever provocative for educators in enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness when resources and facilities become unavailable. In this presentation, I am going to address this issue by sharing some recent developments and successful cases of using cutting edge technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques in content creation, knowledge delivery, and outcome assessment, which have enormously contributed to creating “the new normal” of global education.
