Learning COMPASS: open pathways in a sea of learning
The COMPASS project is working on a twofold objective to modernise higher education institutions: to support the discovery of new learning opportunities and to develop flexible lifelong learning pathways. If you are interested in these lines of research, you can learn more about this project at the event organized at the Puerta de Toledo Campus of the UC3M, on July 2, 2018. For more information and the complete programme, please visit http://compass.gast.it.uc3m.es/ and don’t forget to bring your laptop or tablet!

The decade that we have embarked upon presents enormous challenges for Europe. According to the fundamental goal of the ET 2020 WP: “Making lifelong learning and mobility a reality”, economic, technological and organizational changes impose new demands for a Europe more responsive to the labor market’s requirements. Flexible pathways have an important potential for encouraging participation in lifelong learning. In this framework, the COMPASS project aims at facilitating the discovery of learning opportunities, as well as the composition of flexible lifelong learning pathways through standard-based online services.
