Call for papers for FLOSSEdu workshop @ OSS 2016

A workshop on FLOSS (Free/Libre and Open Source Software) in education and computational thinking will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden, on  June 2nd. The goal of this workshop, which is co-located with the 12th International Conference on Open Source Systems, is to bring together free  software experts and educators to discuss challenges that we face in the educational world at present and and that we will face in the future and  how they can be undertaken from a FLOSS perspective. The workshop is organized by eMadrid members from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and the  eMadrid Network is the sponsor of the event.

The Call for Papers is openned at present. Some important dates are as follows:

  • 15 March 2016 – Submission of papers.

  • 5 April 2016 – Notification of acceptance

  • 27 April 2016 – Submission of camera ready versions.
