Meet the winners of the eMadrid Awards 2022

The eMadrid network, within the framework of the call for R&D Programmes in Technologies 2018, has selected the winners of the eMadrid Awards 2022, all of them authors of works whose theme is totally or partially related to research or development of educational technologies. We would like to thank all the candidates who have participated in this edition for their efforts and highlight the quality of the works presented.

  • Best PhD Thesis:

Winner: Cristina Alonso Fernández, for «Mejorando la evaluación de juegos serios aplicando analíticas de aprendizaje y técnicas de minería de datos».

Accésit: Alejandro Ortega-Arranz,  for «Supporting Practitioners in the Gamification of MOOCs through Reward-Based Strategies».

  • Best Master Thesis:

Winner: Pablo García Zarza, por «Diseño e implementación de una aplicación distribuida semántica para el apoyo del aprendizaje ubicuo relacionado con el patrimonio cultural».

Accésit: Jesús Anelo Ahumada, por «Development of an IoT remote lab based on Arduino».

  •  Best Bachelor Thesis:

Winner: Carlos Jiménez Guerra, por «Laboratorio virtual de electrónica basado en Unity».

Accésit: Marta García Pérez, por «Scrum VR: Una aplicación de Realidad Virtual para la enseñanza de Metodologías Ágiles».
